I Speak on behalf of Esther Savy my aunty, who came visually impaired and left with vision in one trip. I have worked in ophthalmology and recognize the constraints of over booking long waits and disgruntled employees!

I still want to thank you all, especially Dr Lupita for her kindness her soft approach and her willingness to have an open discussion with me. Keep up the good work, it’s never easy and you can never please everybody- but when you hear your patient thank you, grab that, this is what you ultimately get up to do.

As a FNP – I firmly believe you are doing the right thing.
